At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchanges section.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
When a product is unavailable, you will be contacted about the cancellation.
If your order contains additional products, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be cancelled from the order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
WHICH SHIPPING SERVICES ARE OFFERED & IS THERE ANY SHIPPING FEES?
We offer complimentary carbon neutral shipping on all orders.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and are shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date.
Shipping times may vary due to product availability.
From the moment the order is shipped delivery takes place within 3-4 business days.
Delivery time is estimated from the time the order is shipped, not when placed.
WHAT ADDRESSES ARE RESTRICTED FOR DELIVERY?
Purchases cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, hotels and freight forwarders.
IS ORDER TRACKING AVAILABLE?
Tracking is available on all orders.
A confirmation containing your delivery details and tracking number will be emailed to you once your purchase has been shipped.
IS THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CUSTOMS CHARGES AND TAXES?
Customs charges and import taxes may apply. Charges for customs clearance are the client’s responsibility.
The amount of customs charges and / or import taxes will be communicated by the carrier after the shipment has reached its destination.
In the event that the charges and / or taxes are not paid by the client and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
For security reasons all purchases require an adult signature upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Products must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return shipping labels are not provided and shipping charges for returned items are the client’s responsibility.
The address for returns is included with the package.
Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
must have all labels still attached and intact;
must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
All products come with an identification label. Returns will only be honored if the label remains intact. No exceptions will be accepted.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Products must be returned in accordance with the Online Return Policy requirements within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return instructions are included with each shipment or otherwise follow the instructions below:
1. Include the invoice and note the item you wish to return along with the reason for return.
2. Pack the item in the original packaging. Your cooperation will result in a quick and efficient processing of your return.
3. Address your return to the address included with the package. Please make sure to request tracking and adequate insurance to cover the shipment.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
Merchandise returned will be processed within 7-10 business days from receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Please return the original product for a refund and place a new purchase on MAJAWALESKA.COM.
