2. Purposes of data-processing of personal information

The elicitation, data-processing and use of personal information takes place according to statutory regulations. We process your personal information according to the purposes listed in this privacy policy only. We bind ourselves to keep personal information in confidence. A transmission of your personal information to third parties other than for the purposes listed will not be performed. We only transmit your personal information to third parties if:

– you have given express consent in this matter,
– the processing is required for the processing of contracts with you,
– the processing is required for fulfillment of legal obligations,
– the processing is required for protection of justification and privilege and there is no reason for assumption that you have a concern worthy of protection on the non-transmission of your personal information

We process personal information of our customers for the purposes of ordering procedures through our online shop. The processing takes place for the purpose of performance of services as part of the operation of the online shop, customer service, distribution and accounting. The processing takes place in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 lit. b (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract) and lit. c (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation) GDPR. Your personal information can be disclosed to third parties such as IT service providers, payment service providers and/or banks, delivery service providers, third parties that provide customers with legal-, fiscal-, accounting-, financial-, technical organization and data processing services. To receive the complete list of parties responsible for the processing of personal information you may contact MW under section 10. Your personal information will be deleted after the term of storage under trade,- and fiscal obligations to preserve records has passed.

 

4. Deletion of personal information

Your personal information will only be stored for as long as it is required for the attainment of the mentioned purposes or required under statutory regulations. The information will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled or once the term under statutory regulations has passed.

7. Newsletter

On our website there is an option of subscription to a free of charge newsletter. The personal information provided in the input mask during the subscription process will be transmitted to us. Only the entering of the e-mail-address is necessary for the receipt of the newsletter. For the processing of personal information your consent will be obtained and it will be referred to this privacy policy. We use the “double-opt-in-method” to verify, if the subscription is submitted through you as the holder of the e-mail-address. You will receive an e-mail with a link you have to click in order to finish the subscription process successfully. To be able to provide proof on the subscription process, the subscriptions to the newsletter will be recorded. Concerning this, subscription,- and confirmation date and IP address will be stored. Your transmitted personal information will be used for the newsletter-emailing only. Your e-mail-address will be stored for as long as your subscription is active. The subscription of the newsletter might be cancelled at any time. There is a link provided in every newsletter for this purpose. Furthermore you may withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal information and their use for the newsletter-emailing at any time through message to MW.

On our website there is an option of registration on notification-e-mails regarding your chosen products. On the product page under the menu “size” you can enter your e-mail-address and transmit it to us. We will then send you an e-mail notification once your selected product will be available. For the processing of personal information your consent will be obtained and it will be referred to this privacy policy. Your transmitted personal information will be used for the notification-emailing only. You may withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal information and their use for the notification-emailing at any time through message to MW.
